Dane is currently the Maintenance Man and Driver for United NT Disability Services, marking a significant career change after dedicating 25 years to serving as a Residential Supervisor at an agricultural boarding school in Denmark, WA, where he cared for teenagers.

In addition to his professional journey, Dane is passionate about outdoor activities, including bushwalking, tennis, fishing, and mountain biking. He has recently achieved a remarkable milestone by completing the longest mountain bike ride in the world, the 1,000 km Munda Biddi Trail from Albany to Perth, a feat he accomplished over several years.

Dane's diverse experiences and commitment to both his work and personal interests reflect his dedication to fostering positive environments and embracing the challenges of life in the great outdoors.
