Kendall is the HR Manager at United NT Disability Services, where she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for all individuals. Her journey in the community services industry began with a Certificate III in Individual Support, which she completed during the COVID-19 pandemic while living in Perth, WA.   After relocating to Darwin, Kendall joined United NT as a support worker, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of clients. She then transitioned to the role of Receptionist and Administration Assistant, further contributing to the organisation. Through hard work and commitment, she progressed to her current position as HR Manager.   Kendall believes in the importance of equal opportunities and the right for everyone to live their lives to the fullest. In her role, she advocates for practices that support the diverse needs of the community while building strong relationships and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
