Frank – Aye Chan Aung
Rostering and Maintenance Coordinator

Frank – Aye Chan Aung

Frank began his career as a Facilities Coordinator in 2008, where he spent five years serving as the focal contact point for 250 luxury villa owners, managing day-to-day maintenance requests and assigning tasks to the maintenance team and subcontractors for both planned and corrective maintenance. Prior to this role, he gained three years of valuable experience in the hospitality industry in Dubai.

Following his time as a Facilities Coordinator, Frank transitioned to a newly established sister company of one of the top 10 corporate facilities management companies in the UAE. Over the past 10 years, he successfully laid the groundwork for processes and procedures while managing the Procurement and Logistics Department, contributing to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

In late 2022, Frank relocated to Australia with his family, where he became United NT Disability Services’ Rostering and Maintenance Coordinator. His dedication to excellence and operational effectiveness continues to drive his professional pursuits in his new home.
